FENWAY ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

NEWPORT BEACH, CA. December 13, 1999 - FENWAY INTERNATIONAL INC. (FWIN-OTC BB)

The Company is pleased to announce that Mr. J. Roderick Ainsworth has agreed to become a consultant to Fenway in the development of its two cement projects in The Philippines. Mr. Ainsworth obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of New Brunswick in 1960 and a Diploma in Management Development from Northeastern University, Boston in 1979-80. He commenced his career in 1960 in design and engineering of hydroelectric and petrochemical projects and then joined the Lafarge group of companies in Montreal in 1965. His career with Lafarge Canada advanced through Plant Engineer to Division Manager, Corporate Divisional Manager of Concrete and Construction Services, Manager of Ready-Mix and Steel Division and then promotion to Vice-President in 1988. In 1991 Mr. Ainsworth became Vice-President/General Manager with full responsibility for all operating divisions of Lafarge Concrete including concrete, aggregate, steel, marine and specialty products.

In 1993 Mr. Ainsworth varied his career and moved to Hong Kong to become initially a Director and then Executive Director of K. Wah Construction Materials Ltd., Hong Kong. He assumed full responsibility for K. Wah's operations in concrete (1 million cubic metres/yr.) aggregate (4 million tonnes/yr.), cement (400,000 tonnes/yr.), concrete pipe (50,000 tonnes/yr.) and block and precast operations in Hong Kong and Guangdong Province. Rod's experience will strengthen Fenway's management skills. We welcome him to the Company and look forward to working with him in the future.

Fenway International Inc. also announced today that Mr. Laurie Maranda has decided to retire as a Director of Fenway International effective December 31, 1999. Mr. Maranda has been a Director of Fenway for seven years. His wealth of experience and dedication to Fenway has been appreciated by all who have met and worked with him on Fenway's cement projects. Fortunately, Laurie will remain available as a consultant for the Company whenever the need arises. We wish Laurie health, happiness and a lower golf score in his retirement years.

Fenway International Inc. is the lead proponent in the development of two large commercial grade (Portland) cement production facilities in the Philippines. Upon completion, Fenway International will be one of the largest Portland Cement suppliers in the entire Southeast Asian region.
