Fenway International Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. William H. Anderson LL.B. as Vice President Corporate Development. He will be responsible for legal and financial contracts and business and corporate development, including new acquisitions, mergers and project work agreements.
Mr. Anderson received his law degree in 1991 from the University of Windsor, Ontario Canada and has also studied at the University of Wales. His business career has been focused on corporate finance banking and real-estate law. Recently he acted successfully as a partner to principals in large real estate development projects in the Caribbean region.
Mr. Anderson will join Fenway in September 1999 in its Vancouver office and immediately participate in Fenway's program to finance the Palawan and Negros Oriental, Philippines cement projects. Fenway is lead partner in the development of two large portland cement plants in the Philippines and when production scheduled for years 2002 and 2003 is achieved, Fenway will be the largest individual cement producer in the Philippines..
