LATE FILING 10Q REPORT
QUARTER ENDED MARCH 31, 2000

Newport Beach, CA - May 25, 2000 - Fenway International Inc.'s trading symbol on May 25th indicated that the Company's quarterly report had not been filed by the required date.

Late filing was caused by a delay in the flow of information from the Company's Philippine operations which did not allow the Company's auditors and lawyers sufficient time to prepare the filing. The filing is now expected to be completed on May 26, 2000.

The Company apologizes to its shareholders and wishes to confirm that the Company program is proceeding as planned.
