Newport Beach, CA - May 18, 2000 - Fenway International Inc. has entered into an agreement with OTCBBStockwatch.com to provide on-line stock information and related services. Fenway International is the lead proponent in the development of two large portland (commercial grade) cement production facilities located in the Philippines. The management of the Company has spent over five years carefully addressing the necessary licensing, environmental approvals and permitting along with building the infrastructure to support construction of the facilities on the islands of Palawan and Negros Oriental. Funding for the projects is being negotiated with the cooperation of Marsson Industrial Corporation, the Philippine affiliate of Krupp-Polysius a multibillion dollar German machinery manufacturing, engineering, trading and financial services company, and Bilfinger and Berger, also a German-based international engineering and construction company. The completion of these two facilities would make Fenway International the largest manufacturer of cement in the Philippines and one of the largest cement suppliers in the entire region
