FENWAY INTERNATIONAL FILES FORM 10 SB WITH SEC

Fenway International announced today they have filed a Form 10 SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This is the form necessary to become a reporting company. Management feels that this filing is part of its obligation to current and future shareholders to be as accountable as possible and comply with all securities regulations.
Fenway International Inc. is the lead proponent in the development of two large commercial grade (portland) cement production facilities in the Philippines. Upon completion, Fenway International will be the largest cement manufacturer in the Philippines and one of the largest suppliers in the entire Southeast Asian region.
