INVESTOR RELATIONS Fenway International Inc. is the lead proponent in the development of two large portland (commercial grade) cement production facilities located in the Philippines. The management of the Company has spent over 12 years carefully gaining the necessary licensing, environmental approvals and permitting along with building the infrastructure to support construction of the facilities on the islands of Palawan and Negros Oriental. Funding for the projects is being negotiated with the cooperation of Krupp-Polysius, a multibillion dollar German machinery manufacturing, engineering, trading and financial services company and Bilfinger and Berger, also a German-based international engineering and construction company. The completion of these two facilities would make Fenway International the largest manufacturer of cement in the Philippines and one of the largest cement suppliers in the entire Asia-Pacific region.
